Beant Kaur Rai
RN | Co-Founder | Operating Room Nurse
Beant Kaur Rai is an experienced internationally trained Operating Room Nurse with a diverse clinical background spanning Canada, Ireland, and India. Since beginning her nursing career in 2009, she has developed extensive expertise across a wide range of surgical specialties.
In addition to her operating room experience, Beant has worked in Infection Control and Critical Care, further strengthening her ability to support patients through every stage of their surgical journey.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Post Graduate Diploma in Diabetes Education, and an MBA in Healthcare Administration, reflecting her strong commitment to continuous learning, leadership, and patient-centered care.
Beant is deeply passionate about patient education and advocacy, and she is committed to helping patients feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout the perioperative process.
Shaun Capicio
RN | Co-Founder | Operating Room Nurse
Shaun Capicio is a dedicated Registered Nurse with 20 years of peri-operative experience, specializing in Vascular, Orthopedic, Urology, General Surgery, and Plastic Surgery.
Known for his patient-centered approach, Shaun prioritizes safety, comfort, and personalized care at every step. His calm, compassionate presence helps ensure that patients feel heard, respected, and well supported throughout their surgical experience.
As a mentor and educator, Shaun teaches First Aid, CPR, and Basic Life Support to a wide range of healthcare professionals and allied workers, reflecting his commitment to professional development and excellence in care.
Shaun’s leadership, clinical insight, and compassion help drive teams toward delivering exceptional patient care, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and trust.
